Dr Mikaela Seymour is a medical officer working for Aerial Health Patrol, Western Province.
Dr Mikaela Seymour is a medical officer working for Aerial Health Patrol, Western Province. Her specific interests are in rural health and health equality. Mikaela first travelled to PNG in 2015 and has returned multiple times since. She is a member of the Aus-PNG Network and has worked for Australian Doctors International and Rural Medical Education Australia in PNG. Dr Seymour is currently studying for a Masters of Public Health and Tropical Medicine and a Grad Certification in Global Health Engagement. Through a long-term commitment to Western Province, she hopes to contribute to improved health outcomes in this region.
