Namira Samir
Namira Samir is a development economist specialising in social protection financing, innovative finance, gender and informality.
She holds a PhD in Development Policy and Management from the University of Manchester and has worked with governments and United Nations agencies, including UNICEF and UNDP, on public finance, labour market, and social protection policy.
