Natalia Beghin is a development specialist with extensive experience shaping infrastructure and economic development reform priorities across Southeast Asia and the Pacific. She has led major strategic reviews and investment designs for flagship initiatives including the Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific, and the AU$800 million Economic and Social Infrastructure Program in PNG. She previously served in the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet’s International Economics Unit, where she represented Australia in negotiations at the G7, G20, and the UN Human Rights Council and General Assembly.
