Prathap Latchmanan served 19 years in the Singapore Armed Forces, leaving in August 2026 as a Lieutenant Colonel and Head of Joint Training Plans Branch.
He is a doctoral researcher at Cranfield School of Management, working on crisis leadership in polycrisis conditions.
