Shameek Godara is a Senior Associate in The Asia Group’s Australia practice, based in Canberra, where he supports clients on issues spanning national security, defence, and the energy and extractives sectors.
His work focuses on policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and government relations in the Indo-Pacific.He previously served as an Adviser at the Royal Norwegian Embassy in Canberra, working on Australian domestic politics, foreign policy, and regional strategic developments, and has also worked at the ANU National Security College.
