David Tan

David Tan is an Associate Professor of Finance at the American University of the Middle East and an Honorary Associate Professor at Macquarie University. His current research interests lie at the intersection of game theory, strategic risk, and AI governance. He completed his PhD in Finance at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and has held prior academic appointments at UNSW, the University of Wollongong, and the Australian National University.
