Georgina Downer is the Principal of Tenjin Consulting and an Research Fellow of the Institute of Public Affairs. She holds a Masters in Public International Law from the London School of Economics and is a former diplomat and lawyer. Georgina worked for several years as a diplomat at the Australian Embassy in Tokyo before establishing Asialink Diplomacy at the University of Melbourne in 2015.
