Stephen Minas is associate professor at the School of Transnational Law, Peking University and senior research fellow at the Transnational Law Institute, King’s College London, where he completed a PhD in law. Stephen has published and taught widely in the areas of international, European Union, climate change and energy law, and has consulted for and collaborated with a variety of international and research organisations on these topics.
