Heath is the principal of Mercury International Consulting, which he founded in 2020 to help businesses better understand and engage with risk internationally. For 15 years, Heath has worked in international trade, foreign policy and national security. Over this time, he has held positions including CEO of the Export Council of Australia, Trade Commissioner to South Korea and State Director for NSW at Austrade, International Strategy Advisor at the Department of the Prime Minister and Cabinet, and Intelligence Analyst.
