John's professional interests mainly concern infrastructure, and the efficient role of the public and private sectors in the delivery of public goods.
John has represented and advised governments, regulators, multilateral development institutions and private companies on infrastructure transactions, regulation, policy, institutional development, rural development, and trade integration throughout South-East Asia, Australia, and New Zealand.
