Joseph Chinyong Liow is the Wang Gungwu Professor of East Asia Affairs at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
Joseph Chinyong Liow is the Wang Gungwu Professor of East Asia Affairs at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore. He was previously Tan Kah Kee Chair Professor of Comparative and International Politics and Dean at the College of Humanities, Arts, and Social Sciences at the Nanyang Technological University in Singapore, and also Research Advisor, S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies. He was the inaugural Lee Kuan Yew Chair in Southeast Asian Studies at the Brookings Institution in Washington DC.
