Stephen Minas is associate professor at the School of Transnational Law, Peking University and senior research fellow at the Transnational Law Institute, King’s College London, where he completed a PhD in law.
Stephen Minas is associate professor at the School of Transnational Law, Peking University and senior research fellow at the Transnational Law Institute, King’s College London, where he completed a PhD in law. Stephen has published and taught widely in the areas of international, European Union, climate change and energy law, and has consulted for and collaborated with a variety of international and research organisations on these topics. Previously, Stephen worked as an adviser in the office of the Victorian premier and for members of the Australian parliament.
