Dr. Su Wai Mon is a Blue Security Fellow and currently a research fellow in the Oceans Law and Policy Program at the Centre for International Law (CIL), National University of Singapore (NUS). Before joining CIL, Su was a senior lecturer at the Faculty of Law, University of Malaya (UM), where she taught public international law. Her PhD focused on maritime security and law enforcement, with reference to the Malaysian position. She has a special research interest in emerging technologies and maritime security, cybersecurity in the maritime domain, and submarine cables governance.
