James Barklamb recently graduated from Schwarzman Scholars at Tsinghua University, majoring in Public Policy. Prior to that, he studied Arts and Law at Monash University with a focus on governance in post-conflict societies, including in Myanmar under DFAT's NCP Program. He is working with Policy on their COVID-19 tracking project, focusing on governments in Southeast Asia and their response to the pandemic.
