Dr Gorana Grgic is a lecturer in US Politics and Foreign Policy, United States Studies Centre (jointly appointed with the Department of Government and International Relations, University of Sydney).
Dr Gorana Grgic is a lecturer in US Politics and Foreign Policy, United States Studies Centre (jointly appointed with the Department of Government and International Relations, University of Sydney).
Gorana’s research interests include US foreign policy, transatlantic relations, conflict resolution and democratisation. She is the author of Ethnic Conflict in Asymmetric Federations (Routledge, 2017), which explores the nexus between political liberalisation, asymmetric federalism and ethnic conflicts. Gorana is currently working on a book project that examines US foreign policy and transatlantic cooperation in the Balkans. During her doctoral candidature (2010-2013), she was a Research Associate for an ARC Discovery Project “Political Institutions, War, and Peace: Global and Regional Dynamics” (CI: Prof. Ben Goldsmith).
