Dr Larelle Bossi is an ocean ethicist working on values-led ocean governance, with a focus on the Pacific and global ocean policy. Her work addresses the gap between policy ambition and implementation, particularly in relation to blue economies, social licence, and governance integrity. She advises on frameworks that ensure ocean initiatives remain accountable to and responsible for  the communities and environments they serve.
